- In a mediumbowl, mix together 1 cup gluten-free flour mix, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoonbaking powder until combined.
- Add ¼ cupwarm water to the mixture and stir until it forms into a ball of dough. If it’stoo dry, add more warm water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistencyis achieved.
- Knead thedough for 5 minutes on a lightly floured surface or board until smooth andelastic. Cover with an inverted bowl or plate and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out thedough on a lightly floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick. Cut out 4 inchescircles from the rolled dough and fill with desired filling ingredients.
- Pinchthe edges of the circles together to seal in the filling or press with thetines of a fork.
- Ina large pot, bring water to a boil and add kreplach. Boil for 5 minutes thenremove from heat and drain well before serving. Enjoy!
