Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup beef broth
  • 2 tbs all-purpose, gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 1 botal Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup of beef broth, 1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram, and 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme in a large pot or slow cooker.
  • Heat the mixture on medium heat until it begins to simmer then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer into a container and store for later use.
  • Add fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme (optional).
  • Substitute beef broth with low-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option (optional).
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and/or hot pepper flakes for a more savory version (optional). Enjoy!
